The General Terms and Conditions of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Materialkunde e.V. as well as the following separate registration and cancellation conditions for the event apply.
With the submission of an abstract and the receipt acknowledgement by the conference office, speakers will be pre-registered for the conference. After the submission deadline, abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed end of December 2019.
After the confirmation, each speaker will receive an invoice that must be settled two weeks after receipt, otherwise abstracts may not be considered in the programme.
Cancellation before XXth XX 2020 will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee. After that date 25% of the conference fee will be charged, and from XXth XX 2020 the full conference fee will be charged upon cancellation.
Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.
After registration, each participant will receive an invoice that must be settled within two weeks. From XXth XX 2020, 25% of the conference fee will be charged upon cancellation, and after XXth XX 2020 the full conference fee will be charged. Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.
Upon registration authors and delegates agree to be published in the online "List of Participants".
